Hello, I'm Kate
I am a women's wellbeing coach, pilates & fitness instructor based in Devon. Having been confined to my bed and a wheelchair in my 20's, I know what it's like to feel that you would do anything to get your health back...to feel like ‘YOU’ again.
It's through very personal experience that I've learned how to use pilates and yoga, relaxation techniques, mindset and the right foods to bounce back from debilitating illness better than ever before.

The session is held over Zoom, and will be recorded so you can refer back to it. You will receive a pre-session questionnaire so we can really focus in on your personal issues.

7 random facts about me!
1) Five years ago I took 6 months out to train full-time to be a chef - after I graduated I did an apprenticeship at Ottolenghi (my food hero!)

2) Singing is a passion. I did a music degree but chose not to pursue it professionally. Now I sing in an amazing choir and play the piano for fun.
3) I was in the Territorial Army in my 20s. One of the best parts was getting paid to do adventure training abroad like learning to skydive!
4) I’m a stationery nerd. I always have piles of notebooks around me, keep several journals and love writing with a fountain pen.
5) I love wrapping presents and making them look beautiful. Actually I would love to be a professional gift-wrapper!
6) I can’t imagine not living by the sea. I love anything on the water - paddle-boarding, wake-surfing, and one of these days will be able to surf properly!
7) I’m at my happiest when I’m active and in the sun - playing tennis, horse riding or mountain biking.
